all baifa goods are warranted in accordance with our warranty terms for a period of 1000 hours from date of commissioning or 12 months from date of despatch whichever date occurs the sooner.
parts replacement cost and labor fee within warranty coverage will not be charged.
baifa distributor or service agent will respond quickly to your requirement for repairing damages under warranty and reasonable time when needed to repair the damages.

damages caused by improper operation, insufficient maintenance or improper repair

damages insufficient maintenance, gen-set not maintaining according to manual guide.
damages directly or indirectly caused by improper repair and consequent malfunctions and damages are not in the warranty coverage.

consumable item such as belt, battery, engine oil, antifreeze, anti-corrosion filters are not in the warranty coverage.
warranty does not include the economic loss or extra expenditure caused by gen-set.
